"This is in reference to my recent orders to have negative filmstrips digitized. I want to let you know, that I liked the quality of your work. This includes also the clerical handling of the film strips: they were put back into the same glassine pockets, in which I had submitted them and even my handwritten descriptions of the various sets were used in the naming of the various groupfolders on the CD.
