Copy Pictures to CD

Images or pictures are quite important as they are your unforgettable memories but the question is how you can save them from being ruined over time. Many people choose to copy their memorable moments in the form of photographs to CD. Here are some steps that are followed during the process of “copy pictures to CD.”

• Slot in a blank CD into CD drive and wait at least for fifteen to twenty seconds for operating system to make out that a CD has been slotted in. A window will open with various options or without any option in it. Users do not require any option to copy to CD. There would be a cancel button at the end of the window. Click the cancel button to shut down this window. If you do not find any window opening before you, just proceed to next step.
• Click on “My Computer” icon displayed on desktop and find the folder where you have saved your images. Open the folder so that files can be viewed that you wish to copy.
• Now just select the images that you would like to copy to CD. If you want to copy the entire folder you need to select that. If you want to copy only some of them, click the first image, press “Ctrl” button and move the pointer over other files in order to select them. All the files that you select will be highlighted in “blue.”
• After having selected all the desired images, go to menu on the left of selected files. The first menu will be “Picture Tasks” and the last option under this will be “Copy to CD.” Hit the pointer on “Copy to CD.” Another method of copying pictures to CD is to “right click” on the highlighted images. A menu will be displayed in which you will find an option of “Send To”, click on that and then on CD.
• The process “copy pictures to CD’ will start and then user will find a message at the right hand corner, bottom of the computer screen, written “You Have File Waiting.” Just click on it.
• A window will be displayed that will present the image files which the user selected to copy. Click the menu on left and then “Write These Files To CD.”

Next a Wizard box will appear with some directions on the window screen and user just needs to follow them to finish the job.

By following the above given procedure, all selected images will be copied to CD within short time.
